  • 02The manufacturer type / catalogue number and serial number
  • 03For a motor: power, speed, voltage, frame, mounting, IP rating and any hazardous-area marking
  • 04For a gearbox: ratio or output speed, output torque, shaft and mounting dimensions
  • 05The driven machine (pump, fan, crusher, conveyor) and its data, and whether it runs on a VSD
  • 06For controls: input/output type, logic, contact arrangement and any required safety rating
