Kia-Kaha Mining (Pty) Ltd was established in 2016 to supply mining, material-handling and industrial customers with dependable products and practical support. Our business is backed by industry experience dating to 1997, giving us a clear understanding of breakdown pressure, specification risk, mine-site conditions and the cost of unnecessary downtime.
How we work
We begin with the application. Where necessary, our team reviews the machine, part number, operating conditions, photos, drawings and available measurements before recommending a supply route. We work with local manufacturers and distributors, international partners and quality aftermarket sources to find the right balance of performance, lead time and cost.
Problem-solving approach
Our service goes beyond issuing a price. We assist with component identification, equivalent selection, failure investigation, site observations, sourcing strategy and practical recommendations. When a standard item will not solve the problem, we work with technical partners to develop or source a more suitable solution.
Our own engineering
Alongside the products we supply and distribute — Bosworth KK-Fix, the Bosworth Flexable Resin Cable Joint — Kia-Kaha Mining develops its own. GOGGA™ FlexPull is a patent-pending multi-point conveyor belt-pulling system designed by our mechanical and electrical engineer: proof that the engineering support we offer is real capability, not just a claim.
