Request for Quotation — a buyer's enquiry setting out what is needed so a supplier can price it.

A good RFQ carries the machine and part identity, the technical detail, the quantity, the required date and any compliance requirement. Kia-Kaha's forms are built to accept a partial RFQ and follow up for the rest.
