Frame size

A standardised electric-motor dimension code (e.g. 132M, 200L) that fixes the shaft height and mounting.

IEC frame sizes make motors broadly interchangeable between makers at the same size, speed and mounting. The number is roughly the shaft-centre height in mm; the letter is the body length.
